Organize your Audition Book
Keep repertoire, working files, and reusable audition materials organized in one place, then connect them to application requirements.
- 1
Start in the Audition Book
Open Audition Book from the sidebar. It starts as a gallery of repertoire lists and material buckets grouped under Repertoire and Materials. Keep songs and monologues beside Headshots, Resumes, Sheet Music, Portfolio, Essays, Transcripts, Recommendations, Dance, Ballet, Wildcard, and Other.

- 2
Add repertoire, links, and files
Select New bucket to create a Song list, Monologue list, or Custom bucket. Inside a repertoire list, use Add Song or Add Monologue; the Custom tab lets you enter your own piece, while Library is available with catalog access.
Open a material bucket and choose Add material to add an external link or Upload file. Free includes 5 uploaded files (100 MB total). External links do not use that upload allowance, and existing files stay available to view and download.

- 3
Move each piece from Saved to Ready
Open a song or monologue and use Preparation to choose its stage: Saved, Working, or Ready. Add tags and Notes that stay with the piece, then use Files for cuts, sheet music, recordings, and other working files. The stage also appears on piece cards; in table view, select its chip to advance to the next stage.

- 4
Customize your buckets
Choose Customize to open Customize your buckets. Rename buckets, drag them into a new order, hide what you do not need, and organize them with groups, symbols, and colors. Use New group for sections of your own. For an audition-specific mix, create a Custom bucket and use Add items to collect songs, monologues, and materials without removing them from their home buckets.

- 5
Search your whole Book
Use Search songs, monologues, materials, and buckets from the gallery instead of opening each bucket in turn. Search can match a title, show, play, tag, file name, material type, group, or bucket, and selecting a result opens that item or bucket directly.

Connect Book items to applications
In Submissions → Materials, assign Book songs and monologues to eligible repertoire slots and attach reusable Book materials to other requirements. Prescreen and audition assignments stay phase-aware, so changing one school's piece does not recast the others.
You can also open a Book material's details, find Where used, and choose Use in requirements. Tracked choices are labeled Prescreen, Audition, or Prescreen + audition; linking one marks it In progress. Continue with Track applications and deadlines.
