Build a saved program list
Collect the schools you want to revisit and keep a working audition list together as your research gets more serious.
- 1
Open your saved programs
Your saved list is the shortlist workspace that keeps the schools you are seriously considering separate from the full catalog. Open it any time to pick your research back up where you left off.
- 2
Add a school from inside your list
Use Add School to search the catalog without leaving your list. If a school is already saved, stageready flags it for you, so you never add the same one twice.
- 3
Choose the right programs and keep them organized
When a school offers several tracks, open Manage lists, choose Edit programs, and select the specific degrees you care about in the Program Picker. From there you can switch between card and table views, reorder programs, and keep more than one list as your plan takes shape.
- 4
Start several submissions at once
On a list you own, select Start submissions to review the untracked schools and programs, then add them to Submissions in one pass. stageready also imports their recommended official deadlines and takes you to the Apps board. This is a one-time copy, not a live sync with the list, so later list changes do not change submissions you already started. Continue with Track applications and deadlines.
