Work with your coach on stageready
Accept a coach connection, then keep messages, shared lesson notes, assigned tasks, and studio resources together.
- 1
Accept your coach's invitation
A pending invitation appears near the top of Submissions and may also appear under the notification bell. Review the coach's name, then choose Accept or Decline. An email invitation works too: follow its link and sign in, or create your account with the invited email, to finish connecting. After acceptance, the connection appears under My Coach.

- 2
Know what the connection shares
Accepting lets that coach view your lists and submissions so they can help with applications. On My Coach, choose Manage link to open Settings → Privacy. Linked Accounts shows the connection and lets you unlink it at any time; unlinking removes the coach's access to your lists and submissions.

- 3
Message your coach
Open My Coach, select the coach if you have more than one, then choose Messages. Incoming and outgoing messages stay in one Conversation; write in the reply box and choose Send Message. Unread badges and My Coach notifications point you back to new replies.

- 4
Read shared lesson notes
Select Notes for lesson notes your coach shared with you. New notes carry a New badge, and any attached files appear beneath the note with controls to open or download them. Private coach notes do not appear here.

- 5
Follow assigned tasks into Submissions
Tasks lists open coach-assigned work with its due date, school or program context, and attachments when provided. Choose Complete or Snooze, or choose Open Task to jump to that focused task in Submissions. Both views update the same submission task.

- 6
Open your coach's Studio
If your coach has published a studio page, a Studio tab appears in My Coach. Read the introduction, open links under Resources, and, when provided, use Book a lesson to open the coach's scheduling page. The tab stays hidden when the coach has not published studio content.
