Manage shared account access

See how linked logins switch accounts, share premium access, and keep billing and email controls with the account that owns the plan.

    Switch accounts from the menu

Use the account menu in the top corner to move between your own login and any account shared with you. Avatar rows are labeled Your account, Full access, or Read only, and a check marks the active account while a spinner shows a switch in progress. When you are in someone else's account, the amber Viewing pill in the header names the account that is open, adds a Read only tag when needed, and lets you switch back with the X.

  2. 2

Know what each access level can do

Access level controls what a linked login can do in the shared account:

    • Full access can view and edit shared lists, applications, deadlines, and materials.
    • Read only can see everything but cannot make changes.

If either connected account has premium, both accounts can use premium features while they stay linked.

Owner controls: access, billing, and emails

The account owner stays in control. From Settings → Account they can change a linked login between Full access and Read only, remove the link, and choose the primary contact for product emails. Plan changes and billing stay with the owner, and login, password, and security emails always go to each login separately.
