Link logins from Settings

Invite a trusted parent, coach, or helper to access the same stageready account without sharing passwords.

    Open Linked logins in Settings

    Go to Settings → Account and find Linked logins. This connects two trusted personal logins so each person keeps their own email and password — no password sharing required.

    Invite a trusted login

    Enter the other person's email and choose their access level:

    • Full access — can view and edit the shared lists, applications, deadlines, and materials.
    • Read only — can view everything without making changes.

    An account can have up to two active linked logins, so both parents can have their own login.

    They accept the invitation

    The invited person gets an email link, and if they already have a stageready account the invitation also shows up in their own Account settings. They can accept from either place.

    Switch into the shared account

    Once accepted, the linked login can use the account menu to switch into the shared account. Full access can view and edit; read only can view without changing anything. Either person can unlink at any time from Linked logins.
