Overview
New York City–based actor, professional audition coach, theatre maker, and Founder and Artistic Director of NYC College Audition Coach. As a performer, I’ve appeared on stages in NYC and across the country in everything from Shel Silverstein to Shakespeare! Favorite credits include Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Second Watch in Much Ado About Nothing, TJ in Southern Baptist Sissies, Tommy in Trainspotting, Shane in The New Century, and the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland at theatres including Pulse Ensemble Theatre NYC, Stages on the Sound, Great Lakes Theatre, Dobama Theatre, Cleveland Public Theatre, and Detroit Free Shakespeare, among others.
In addition to my work as an actor, I’ve been honored to hold senior-level teaching artist positions with The Broadway Project and Stages on the Sound for over 10 years and have served as Interim Education Director and Master Teacher at The Play Group Theatre. I currently serve as Casting Director for Stages on the Sound – NYC and have toured the country as Production Manager for Bubby’s Kitchen, Cantor Shira Ginsburg’s one-woman show about heroism, love, and the food that fuels it all. I have also taught in-person and virtual master classes for Wonderland Performing Arts Center, The Pulse Performing Arts Studio, Bethany Caldona Studios, Kash Choreography, Professional Youth Theatre of Michigan, Eisenhower Dance Detroit, and Flint Youth Theatre.
Wildcard
I have an encyclopedic knowledge of Venus and Serena Williams - bonus points if you are 25 or under and you can tell me what an encyclopedia is without looking it up.
Specializations
Approach
My coaching approach is personalized, strategic, and rooted in bringing together the excellence of NYC training with the kindness and support of the Midwest. I help students discover what makes them uniquely compelling as artists through thoughtful material selection, honest feedback, confidence-building, and individualized strategy. Rather than trying to fit students into a mold, I focus on helping them feel fully prepared, authentically themselves, and ready to do their best work in the room.
