Jacob is a multidisciplinary creative, performer, and teaching artist based in NYC. His teaching career has taken him to academic, extracurricular, and professional spaces alike, including Hudson Valley Shakespeare, Stagedoor Manor, Treasure Trunk Theatre, Curated Care, Kids Creative, and more. He is a proud member of the National Alliance of Acting Teachers, a volunteer at the 52nd Street Project, and an associate artist for Less Than Rent Theatre. He holds an MFA in Acting from the New School of Drama, a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Marymount Manhattan College, and certificates in acting from the British American Drama Academy and The Powerhouse Theater Training Program.

Specializations
With a background in Shakespeare and physical comedy, I create highly energetic and supportive environments bridging Red Nose Clown Training and text analysis work. Through a heightened sense of humor and awareness, my clients get to confidently exist in a sustained state of play. All one-on-one coaching sessions are individualized to suit your needs. In addition to working on required monologues, I am also available to help in each step of the process, including the choice of school that's right for you, the application, and the essay. I also offer Mock Auditions where I replicate the experience you will have at the schools you are auditioning for.
