•Apply through Common App or the Xavier University application
•Xavier charges no university application fee
•University admission and the music department audition are separate steps
Enrollment
•Apply by December 1 for preferred scholarship consideration
•Apply by March 1 for preferred fall admission consideration
•Applications continue on a rolling basis after the preferred deadline
•Test scores are optional for university admission
Program Gateway
•Music Performance students complete a second faculty audition, normally at the end of sophomore year, before official admission to the performance degree
