Audition Expectations
•In-person or virtual options available
•First round: one monologue from your two prepared pieces
•Slate with your name, play title, and playwright name
•A timer will be used — don't worry if you get cut off
•Second round (callback): group movement exercise with faculty — wear nonbinding movement clothing
•Third round (callback): individual interview with faculty panel — may include additional monologue work
•Submit two contrasting video monologues (two minutes total) via Acceptd — landscape, waist-up framing
•Submit a one-minute video telling the faculty something about YOU
•Virtual callbacks held via Zoom with material work, student Q&A, and virtual tour
Decisions
•Faculty reviews all applicants after all auditions are completed
•Initial offers made to a class of twenty actors, with a ranked alternate list
•Offers communicated via email or phone — ensure accurate contact information
