Songs

Two Memorized Selections

•Appropriate choices include art songs, arias, folk songs or hymns

•Selections should reflect the applicant’s current level of study

Accompaniment

•Whitworth provides an accompanist at no charge for in-person auditions

•Recorded auditions must use live or prerecorded accompaniment

Additional Materials

Sheet Music (Required for in-Person Auditions)

•Submit scanned accompaniment music at least two weeks before the audition
