Applicants may complete the Music audition before university admission

Admission to UWG Music and any scholarship award remain contingent on university admission

Apply to UWG and submit the separate Music audition form

Program Requirements

Teacher Education admission requires at least 30 earned hours, a 2.7 GPA, the Georgia Educator Ethics Assessment, and Music Program approval

Georgia certification also requires satisfactory GACE Music content assessments

The current audition guide publishes piano and guitar requirements for this grouped catalog option; string applicants should confirm repertoire directly with UWG Music
