•After receiving a Western student number, register and pay the Music audition/interview fee
•Complete the BMus questionnaire

Music Theory Readiness
•Incoming students should be able to read music and understand rudimentary theory; no theory assessment is required for admission.
Transfer Pathway
University-transfer applicants may receive course credit that fits the BMus curriculum, but must still complete Western Music’s Brass audition and interview requirements.
