Training
•The AA Music Education program provides the foundational music and education coursework for the first two years of a bachelor's degree in music education.
•Students study teaching philosophies, traditional and current practices, and core music knowledge on the Scottsbluff Campus.
Professional Development
•Graduates are prepared to transfer to a four-year institution to continue toward a bachelor's degree in music education.
•K-12 music-teacher certification is earned after completing the four-year degree; it is not awarded by this WNCC associate program.
