•BA Musical Theatre coursework combines Dance, Music, and Theatre Arts
•Major requirements include dance technique selected from ballet, modern, jazz, and tap
•Students take voice lessons and theatre coursework including Theatre Practicum
Performance & Productions
•Musical Theatre majors participate in an auditioned performance ensemble each semester in the major
•Students perform in at least two faculty-directed WVWC Theatre productions each year in the major
Professional Development
•Students participate in an academic/professional audition each year in the major
•Students complete a portfolio review/defense with Theatre and Music Theatre faculty before graduation
