•Bullet: The 19-credit Dance minor combines dance history with ten credits of technique and performance chosen from modern, jazz, African, hip-hop, improvisation and other dance study.
•Bullet: Electives include dance pedagogy, composition and choreography, the dancer’s body and musical-theatre dance.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Students complete at least two years in performance as a dancer, choreographer, officer or production assistant.
Professional Development
•Bullet: A Level I teaching-assistant assignment and a concluding portfolio document both pedagogical and creative work.
