•Stage managers work on every phase of production from prep to closing night
•Run rehearsals, attend meetings, coordinate all production elements, and call cues
•Facilitate communication among directors, choreographers, writers, designers, actors, and collaborators
•Responsible for maintaining production's artistic integrity after opening
