Audition Requirements

Repertoire

Prepare a short audition on your primary instrument or voice in your declared area

Bachelor of Arts requirements are lighter than the performance degree, for example:

Strings: one musical selection of your choice plus one scale of your choice

Piano: one or two contrasting works of your choice (memorization optional) plus a diagnostic sight-reading exam

Voice: two solo vocal pieces of any style, at least one in English

Scales & Technique

Scales and sight-reading may be requested depending on your area
