•Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Music offered jointly with the Department of Communication
•Combines 45 music credits (theory, ear training, music history, orchestration, ensembles) with 43-49 communication credits
•Prepares students for music production, recording, mixing, mastering, sound design, and scoring
Production & Productions
•Hands-on coursework in audio production, multi-camera streaming, filmmaking, and cinematography
•Performances and instruction in the Melvin K. West Fine Arts Center
•All students participate in a primary departmental ensemble each quarter in residence
Professional Development
•Entry-level credential for media industries, arts management and administration, music sales, and entertainment
•Faith-integrated music education within a Seventh-day Adventist university
