Dance

In-Person Audition

•Ballet barre (pliés with port de bras, tendus and dégagés, fondus, ronds de jambe, développés, frappés, grands battements)

•Ballet center — adagio, waltz with extensions and pirouettes, petit and grand allegro

•Modern/Contemporary combination or improvisation

•Pointe work is optional

•Brief break between Ballet and Modern portions

•OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT with minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA

•TWO REFERENCES: one pastoral and one personal (cannot be related to student)

•CODE OF CONDUCT AND STATEMENT OF FAITH agreement

•ACT/SAT SCORES or Wonderlic testing for students under 24 (ACT 18+ or SAT 960+ if submitting scores)

Application Logistics

•Audition with Störling Conservatory first; accepted students are invited to submit the Visible Music College entrance application

•Register for an in-person or video audition through the Störling Conservatory website

•Complete the Visible Music College application through the school portal

Eligibility

•Must give credible witness of a personal salvation experience and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

•Program-specific requirements may apply in addition to Visible undergraduate admissions requirements

Enrollment

•Visible bachelor's application is open for Fall 2026 in the school portal

•Störling form asks applicants to select their projected start date

What's The Process

Audition Process

•Audition is the first step. Upon acceptance, students are invited to submit a college entrance application

•Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to audition; studio space available at that time

•Auditions consist of ballet, modern/contemporary, and optional pointe

•All Visible Music College applicants must complete a Student Life Interview as part of the admissions process

Scholarship Info

Early-Bird Scholarship

•$500 scholarship for students who audition at the first Störling Conservatory Experience, complete registration and application forms with the $50 fee, and enroll early

Tch Works Program

•Work-exchange program at The Culture House

•$2,000 off per year (80 hrs/semester, ~5 hrs/week)

•$1,000 off per year (40 hrs/semester, ~2.5 hrs/week)

•$500 off per year (20 hrs/semester, ~1.25 hrs/week)
