ARTS PORTFOLIO VIA SLIDEROOM (OPTIONAL)
•Submit in the Drama category through Common Application via SlideRoom
ACTING
•resume + 2 contrasting monologues (2 min max each)
-Prefer one piece from a Shakespearean play
-Optional: 16 bars of any song
-High school production videos not accepted
PLAYWRITING
•15 pages of script + resume
-Complete short play, 15-page excerpt with synopsis, or multiple shorter works
STAGE MANAGEMENT
•resume + organizational samples
-Promptbooks, contact sheets, rehearsal schedules
DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY
•resume + portfolio
-Scenic, costume, or lighting design renderings/models
-Construction draftings, light plots, sound cue sheets

ADMISSION PROCESS
•No audition required for admission to the Drama major
•Students must first be accepted into the University before declaring the major
