Monologues

Two Contrasting Pieces (~5 Minutes Total)

Perform two contrasting pieces that represent your artistry, preparation, and performance skills

Pieces should be memorized to the best of your ability

Pieces may be from a play, musical, or contest

Musical Theatre Option

Singers or dancers may perform a musical theatre selection for one of the pieces

Must provide your own accompaniment for singing

Additional Materials

Portfolio (Optional)

For students with technical theatre or entertainment design experience

3-6 samples of your best work (recordings, photographs, sketches) with brief description and context for each
