Program Overview
•Bachelor of Music in Performance — a professional degree preparing students for a performance career or graduate study
•Intensive applied instruction at the upper levels with full recitals at each level
•Students are admitted to the performance program after the fourth semester of applied study
•Applied study available in flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba, percussion, piano, organ, guitar, string bass, and electric bass
Performance & Productions
•Major ensembles include Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and Concert Choir, with chamber and jazz ensembles available
•Performances and recitals in the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts, one of Wisconsin's premier performance venues
