•Performs in the Michele and Martin Cohen Hall for the Integrative Arts

ADMISSION PATHWAY

•33 credits in major courses including core dance, contemporary technique, studio practice, production, and capstone

•Curriculum combines applied practice in composition and performance with dance history, theory, and culture

•Students may self-design areas of focus through elective choices; these are not formal concentrations

AUDITION PROCESS

•No audition required for either the dance major or the dance minor

•Admitted through the standard university application to the College of Arts and Sciences

•Declare the major or minor at any time through the myUVM portal
