Audition Process
•Step 1: Apply to UTRGV through ApplyTexas
•Step 2: Submit the School of Music Audition Request Form (Microsoft Forms) for a separate music audition on your principal instrument
•All students, including transfers, must pass a performance audition to be admitted to a School of Music major
Audition Expectations
•Live audition or video audition accepted
•An accompanist is provided for officially scheduled live audition dates (bring a clean copy of your music for the pianist)
