Resume / CV

Include credentials and at least three reference contacts

Portfolio

Include links to full-length examples of 1-3 recent choreographic, Screendance, or performance projects if pursuing a creative thesis

Include 1-2 links to clear audio/video recordings of teaching contemporary technique, improvisation, or composition classes

Letters of Recommendation

Two professional dance recommendation letters submitted through the application portal

Statement

3-4 page personal statement addressing graduate goals, research interests, and preparation for MFA study
