Audition Requirements

Monologues

Two Contrasting Monologues

Each monologue should be under 90 seconds in length

One monologue should be a character close to your age, personality, and life experience

One monologue can be Shakespeare, but this is not required

Material Rules

Monologues must be memorized and selected from produced plays

No monologues from film, television, or original/self-written work

Additional Materials

Resume

Current resume with phone, email, and physical mailing address

Headshot

Digital 8x10 headshot or photograph (JPEG or PNG preferred)

References

Names and email addresses for two professional references who can address academic accomplishments and/or talent, potential, and dedication

Statement

1-2 page letter explaining your reasons for pursuing acting or musical theatre and your career goals
