ELIGIBILITY
•Minimum 2.75 GPA required for department admission
•Fall, Spring, and Summer start options available
•No performance audition required — admission by interview
DEGREE FLEXIBILITY
•Credits allow pursuing an additional major or degree
•Requires foreign language proficiency
FINANCIAL AID
•Departmental financial aid awards considered automatically with application
•All out-of-state students should apply for residency for future tuition reduction
•Additional scholarships via Award Spring (usu.awardspring.com)

What's The Process
APPLICATION PROCESS
•Two-step process: apply to USU, then submit supplemental materials to the Department of Theatre Arts
•Complete the online Application Intention form on the department website and upload supporting files via Box
INTERVIEW SCHEDULING
•Once USU referral and supporting materials are received, department may reach out to schedule an interview
•Due to high volume of applications, not every applicant will be interviewed
•If selected, scheduling may take several weeks after materials are submitted
VIRTUAL OPTION
•Virtual Zoom interviews are welcome
•For in-person interviews, contact theatre@usu.edu to arrange a visit

•Orpha Faylor Scholarship — outstanding student in Theatre Arts
