Training
•Rigorous professional training integrates acting, voice, dance, music theory, performance practice, and production with a liberal arts foundation
•Students receive private voice instruction every semester and take at least one intensive dance course each semester
Performance & Productions
•Students are expected to audition for all department productions and be available to accept assigned roles
•Collaborative coursework develops adaptable performers across acting, singing, and movement
Professional Development
•The curriculum prepares students for graduate study or direct entry into professional musical theatre
•Training culminates in a capstone project
