Application Logistics

Apply via UCAS (institution code C60, course code W590)

The Urdang application portal states applications for 2027 entry will open later in October 2026 (no exact opening date published)

Program Requirements

80 UCAS tariff points

GCSE minimum grade 4 (C) in English Language and Mathematics

International: IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 each component)

Contextual offers available for care-experienced and first-in-family applicants

Important Notes

New degree launching September 2026

No fee to audition at Urdang for any student

Mandatory £300 per year supplementary fee for costume, production, and venue costs (payable after enrollment)

What's The Process

Audition Process

All first-round auditions are via video

Submit one unlisted YouTube video containing your introduction and two dance routines

Confirmation of success, recall, or unsuccessful result within 14 days

In-person recalls for UK-based applicants are expected between December 2026 and April 2027, usually Wednesdays

International applicants may attend in person or submit a video

Choice of recall dates offered after invitation
