•An original report, paper, or essay you wrote for an academic class (preferably within the last year); the topic need not concern music
Resume
•CV listing academic awards and honors, extracurricular activities, community service, work experience, hobbies, and special skills (e.g., language fluency)
Letters of Recommendation
•Three letters: two from recommenders familiar with your academic background (one may be a counselor) and one familiar with your extracurricular activities or interests
