Training
•Bullet: Theatre and Performance combines critical study of theatre with hands-on experiential training in performance, directing, design, technical theatre, and production.
•Bullet: First-year work introduces theatre as a social institution and collaborative performing art and introduces the actor-performer craft.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Students develop production experience in the Leigha Lee Brown Theatre and may participate in annual faculty and student productions.
•Bullet: The program includes field trips, guest lectures, workshops, study abroad opportunities, and collaborations with working artists.
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: UTSC offers a combined HBA plus Master of Teaching pathway with OISE for eligible Theatre and Performance students.
