•The Theatre Arts concentration combines a broad foundation of theatre courses with a student-selected track of classes matched to individual interests
•Students prepare for professional theatre and related entertainment fields while applying classroom work in productions
Performance & Productions
•The Performing Arts Department stages classic and contemporary plays and musicals each year
•At least one annual production employs professional actors and a professional stage manager, giving students experience alongside working artists
•Theatre students can participate onstage or behind the scenes beginning in their first year
Facilities
•Training and productions use the USI Performance Center, design studios and production shops
