Optional audition for scholarship consideration only; it is not required for program admission.

Portfolio (Optional, for Scholarship Consideration)

For actors (optional): audio or video recording of two contrasting solo pieces, no more than five minutes total

For theatre designers (optional): electronic portfolio of up to 12 photographs of theatrical design work, including at least one photo of a realized design

Scholarship Info

Richmond Scholars, Presidential & Department Scholarships

Optional arts portfolio may be considered for admission and merit scholarships

Submit portfolio by December 1 for Richmond Scholars or Presidential Scholarships consideration

Theatre portfolios included with the admission application are automatically reviewed for department scholarships

Department scholarship recipients must intend to declare the theatre major and participate in mainstage productions each semester
