Audition Process
•Live, on-campus audition on your applied instrument or voice type is required (no prescreen)
•Select one of three audition dates in the application: Feb. 7, Feb. 16, or March 6, 2026
•Sight-reading may be requested
•Arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in
Music Therapy Interview
•An interview with the music therapy faculty is required and takes place on the day of your instrumental or voice audition
•Be ready to sing two popular songs (any genre) a cappella during the interview
Virtual Audition
•Virtual auditions are asynchronous and available by request (email Conservatory Admissions for approval)
•Upload performance video(s)/audio to the portfolio section of the application status page by the final audition date
•Full scholarship consideration may not be available for video auditions — on-campus audition is strongly advised
