•Piano Performance students follow Mizzou's BM Performance emphasis with applied studio instruction, music theory, music history, ensembles, and recital preparation
•The catalog track is part of a 120-credit Bachelor of Music curriculum designed for performers, teachers, music-related careers, and graduate study
•Students build performance experience through School of Music ensembles, chamber work, recitals, and applied study
•Pianists complete Keyboard Skills and a dedicated Collaborative Piano Seminar.
•Piano Literature I and II plus Piano Pedagogy I and II create a keyboard-specific academic sequence.
Degree Flexibility
•Arts entrepreneurship coursework is available within the performance curriculum
•Transfer students can use MU degree audits and Transferology to see how accepted credits apply toward the degree
