Monologues
ONE PERFORMANCE PIECE
•Select one of the following options:
OPTION A
•Dramatic or comedic monologue (2 min)
OPTION B
•Spoken word, poetry, or storytelling — self-composed or otherwise (1 min)
-Non-text performance accepted (movement, voice, silent improvisation)
OPTION C
•Reading from a play you have written or adapted (2 min)
-Bring three copies for faculty
AFTER YOUR PIECE
•Be prepared to discuss your work
