Audition Expectations
•Audition required for program admission and scholarship consideration
•In-person on campus at designated dates, or video submission for students 200+ miles away
•Evaluates talent, musicianship potential, academic success, and sense of calling
•Record via phone, tablet, or computer and upload to YouTube or Vimeo
•Email video link to music@uu.edu
•No editing or production effects allowed
•Performance attire recommended
•Begin with personal introduction: name, location, degree program, musical experience, calling, and reason for applying
•Announce each selection before performing
•Submit one additional video showing performance in a live setting (church service, concert, festival, etc.)

•Video applicants have a Zoom interview with faculty
•All students take an online theory placement test
