Audition Process
•All applicants must attend one scheduled in-person audition date on campus
•November 8, 2025 (suggested for early action applicants)
•January 24, 2026
•January 31, 2026
•February 21, 2026
•Register for an audition at least two weeks before the desired date through the UNH music audition portal
Audition Expectations
•Auditions are held before a small panel of faculty members
•All auditions are video recorded for the applied faculty member in your area to review
•Applicants traveling from outside New England or the Tri-State area may contact music.info@unh.edu if the in-person requirement is an undue burden
Liberal Studies Interview
•Interview with one of the music liberal studies program faculty members
•The audition on your major instrument is required in addition to the writing sample and interview
