Repertoire
•Bullet: Three (3) or more contrasting selections, ideally performed from memory, demonstrating the range of artistic ability
•Bullet: Auditions may include performances on nylon, steel string, or electric guitar, including improvised melodic/chordal material (including with a backing track) or accompanying the applicant’s own voice
Scales & Technique
•Bullet: Several open or movable position scales (two or three octaves)
•Bullet: Ability to sight-read standard notation and lead sheets will also be evaluated
Transcript
•Bullet: Upload unofficial transcripts for initial review; official final transcripts are required after admission
Letters of Recommendation
•Bullet: Two recommendations are required: provide contact information for one arts instructor and one academic instructor. For applicants no longer enrolled, eligible referees include an employer, mentor, instructor, or director
Statement
•Bullet: Submit a two-page artistic statement describing interests, goals, and information about your work; include your full name on the document

•Bullet: Detail artistic experience and educational objectives
