Training

15-credit minor for students in another major who want structured dance study without pursuing a full BA or BFA; at least 7 of the 15 credits must be at or above the 100 level.

Required core is Introduction to Dance and Dance Appreciation, plus 3 technique credits chosen from Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, African Dance, or Tap Dance courses spanning beginning through advanced levels (I-IV).

Remaining elective credits draw from the full DCE course catalog, letting minors combine additional technique classes with dance history, choreography, or production coursework alongside their primary major.

Value
