Selected applicants attend an in-person graduate audition on the UNCG campus.

Graduate applicants should follow UNCG Graduate School requirements for the relevant dance program.

Program entry for the in-residence MA and MFA is fall only.

What's The Process

Audition Process

Graduate in-person auditions are by invitation.

A first round of selections is made in December before selected applicants are invited to campus.

On-campus auditions are held in January at UNCG.

Audition Expectations

MFA Choreography and MA Theories and Practices applicants use the November 15 application deadline.
