Songs

Two Memorized Songs with Piano Accompaniment

One from the Broadway/musical theatre repertoire

One from musical theatre or classical repertoire

Must sing to piano accompaniment — no a cappella

Bring sheet music in the correct key for the accompanist

Monologues

One Memorized Monologue

Approximately one minute in length

Transfer Pathway

UNC Pembroke's NC Community College Transfer Guide for Musical Theatre, B.M. (2026-2027) maps recommended NCCC coursework to the program's specific curriculum requirements. Admission follows UNCP's standard transfer GPA threshold, but a live audition is still required to enter the BM.
