•Bullet: The MM in Conducting offers emphases in Choral, Orchestral, Wind, and Jazz Conducting, taught by a faculty with over 100 combined years of professional and educational experience, including Franz Krager, David Bertman, Jorge Parodi (Music Director of the Moores Opera Center), Kaitlin DeSpain, and Anthony Maglione
•Bullet: The program develops an individualized conducting approach through score analysis, conducting philosophy, and instrumental or vocal pedagogy, working directly with the school's award-winning choral, wind, jazz, and orchestral ensembles
•Bullet: Students gain access to Houston's professional arts scene — the Houston Symphony, Houston Grand Opera, and Houston Ballet — through masterclasses and collaborative experiences
