•18-hour minor balancing dance theory and technique coursework
•Technique and studio options include aerial, ballet, contemporary modern, hip-hop, jazz, West African, and related forms
•Theory coursework includes dance composition, history, improvisation, technology, production, dance science, and alternative movement theories
Performance & Productions
•Participation in selected dance performance courses is by audition
•Opportunities are available to perform, choreograph, or assist with productions
Degree Flexibility
•Minimum 9 hours at the 3000 level or above
•At least 6 hours each from theory and technique categories
