•Include a Portfolio Breakdown listing each creative work or paper, project date, and your role or collaboration
•Portfolio must include at least one realized or theoretical project based on a play, musical, opera, TV pilot script, or screenplay
•Clearly label final scenic/production, costume, and/or lighting design renderings with production title and relevant notes
•Scenic/Production Design applicants: submit one or more scenic or production design projects for stage, film, or television
•Include supporting documents such as research, mood boards, storyboards, 3D model photographs, ground plans, drafting plates, concept sketches, and concept renderings
•Include a one-page written statement articulating your design approach for any one submitted project
•Optional: include imagery of other relevant work such as paintings, life drawings, portraits, sketch journals, photography, lighting installations, or architectural design
