PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
•Six credits of summer theatre via Pegasus PlayLab new play festival — stage managing new work with a playwright-in-residence
•Leading role in managing UCF Celebrates the Arts — two-week festival at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts with 40+ events
•Work alongside Broadway Production Managers and under Actors' Equity and IATSE Local 631 union rules
•Disney Path to Cast program — mentorship, backstage tours, and specialized training with Disney Cast Members
•Master classes, networking events, guest artists, backstage tours, and shadowing experiences
•Group networking trips to meet industry professionals in New York City, including on Broadway
•Informal mentorship program pairing upper-class and first-year students
•One-on-one orientation session with program coordinator before arriving on campus
