Training
•The Performance Track is the largest of the four Music BA tracks at 43 units and requires a minimum of 13 units of ensemble participation — more than any other track — building toward a required senior recital completed through MUS 195
•Applied lesson faculty include voice instructors Julie Miller, Zoila Muñoz, and Jonathan Nadel, percussion lecturer Chris Froh, and horn/Concert Band director Pete Nowlen, alongside ensemble directors Christian Baldini (Symphony Orchestra) and Nicolás Dosman (Chorus and Chamber Singers)
Facilities
•Lessons, studio classes, and student recitals are held in the Ann E. Pitzer Center, a 399-seat, LEED Gold-certified recital hall with five teaching studios and six practice rooms
•Full ensemble concerts, including UC Davis Symphony Orchestra performances under Christian Baldini, are staged at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts
