Training
•The minor asks for five upper-division courses rather than the major's four foundational lower-division courses (Theater 10, 26, 60, plus an American Cultures course) and its longer advanced-ability and capstone sequence.
•At least three of those five courses must sit inside the department, leaving room for up to two courses in other departments with advisor sign-off, drawn from acting, directing, design, playwriting, production, or scholarship electives.
Degree Flexibility
•Every minor course is taken for a letter grade, no single course number counts more than twice toward the minor, and the GPA floor is 2.0 in upper-division minor units — students confirm the minor by enrolling in one TDPS course and emailing the undergraduate advisor.
