Audition Process
•On-campus auditions for 2027-2028 entry: October 16, 2026 and March 5, 2027
•Register through Acceptd by the selected audition registration deadline
•After submitting Acceptd materials, complete the required compliance forms from the confirmation email before attending
•Students attending offsite auditions must still submit an Acceptd application, and must register for the offsite event through the host organization (see the host's website for registration info, fees, and deadlines)
•thePANEL at REVEL's national convention - July 10, 2026, Orlando, FL
•Ignite! at the Tennessee Youth Dance Festival - September 19, 2026, Chattanooga, TN
•Winter Dance Immersion Recruiting Auditions at the Alabama Dance Festival - January 22, 2027, Birmingham, AL
Audition Expectations
•Audition day runs approximately 8:30 AM-3:00 PM at Clark Hall
•Includes introduction, general warm-up, Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Improvisation, Small Group Discussion, Q&A, facilities tour, and parent/guardian Q&A
•Form-fitting dancewear recommended; ballet shoes for ballet, pointe shoes if applicable, barefoot for modern/improvisation, and jazz shoes for jazz
•Virtual auditions may be granted on a case-by-case basis
Decisions
•Admission status sent by email within 2 weeks of audition
