Audition Process
•Apply to the University of Memphis through the general admissions portal
•Complete the separate School of Music application using Tiger Portal login credentials
•Audition on a primary applied instrument or voice (reuse that area's repertoire requirements)
Audition Expectations
•Approximately 10 minutes for the undergraduate audition
•On-campus, virtual (Zoom), or individual appointment options available
•May be asked to perform prepared pieces, play scales, and sight-read
Decisions
•Audition results emailed 1-2 weeks after the audition day
